  • Is Miami International Airport Hotel located inside the airport?

    Yes, MIA Hotel is located inside the Miami International Airport on the 2nd floor of Concourse E by Door 11. If you are flying in, please exit the secure area and walk towards the baggage claim. From there, just walk to Concourse E and go up to the 2nd floor to reach MIA Hotel. If you are driving, please search for the Miami International Airport on your GPS, follow the signs for the Dolphin parking garage, and you'll reach our hotel.

  • Do you offer any shuttle service?
    MIA Hotel sits within walking distance of all Miami International Airport terminals. Hence, we do not offer shuttle service at MIA Hotel. But our hotel offers immediate access to public transportation and the airport’s rental car center.
  • Is parking available at Miami International Airport Hotel?

    Yes. MIA Hotel offers extremely convenient parking at the airport's Dolphin Garage for only $17 per day. Guests can park at night and stay at our airport hotel. During the day, guests can take the car and start exploring popular attractions in Miami, FL, including

  • Can I bring my pet?

    Absolutely! You can bring up to two pets (cats and dogs only, please) up to 20 pounds each ($25 per pet, per night plus tax). Our hotel's nearest pet relief area is a fenced area west of the South Short Term Parking lot and Central Terminal (F) across from Door 15 on Level 1 Baggage Claim/Arrivals.

  • What is the check-in/check-out time?
    Check-in time is 3 PM, and check-out is at 12 PM. Early check-in at 10 AM and late check-out at 6 PM (provided based on availability) is offered at a $50 fee for each guest.   • Does MIA Hotel offer day use rooms or hourly rates?
    We offer day-use rooms at Miami International Airport Hotel (based on availability) from 10 AM to 6 PM. Please call us in advance (305-871-4100) to check for availability on your requested dates.
  • Does Miami International Airport Hotel offer complimentary breakfast?

  • Are there rollaway beds or cribs? Is there a charge?
    Sorry, MIA Hotel does not offer rollaway beds. But we do offer guest rooms that can accommodate up to four guests and interconnecting rooms for larger parties. Cribs can be provided upon request at no additional charge.
  • Does the hotel offer accessible rooms?
    Yes, we have a total of 10 accessible hotel rooms that provide a single king/two queen beds and a range of accessibility features. We strive to ensure a comfortable stay for everyone by offering lowered door security features on the door, roll-in showers, grab bars, and visual telephones for hearing impaired guests.
  • What is the cancellation/deposit policy?
    We require a one-night deposit which may be canceled without penalty at least 24-hours prior to arrival. Our non-refundable and pre-paid rates will be subject to the terms and conditions of the rate or package booked.
  • Is there shopping and dining nearby?
    Absolutely! Situated inside the Miami International Airport terminal, our hotel puts you within walking distance of the airport's outstanding shopping and dining options. Walk to our two onsite restaurants (Vienna and Air Margaritaville) and embark on mouthwatering national and international dishes.
